Garrett Huber is a seasoned beverage consultant with a passion for crafting exceptional beverage businesses. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, Garrett has made almost every type of cider imaginable.
Currently serving as the Head Cider Maker at Seek No Further Cider in Ohio, Garrett is committed to creating unique and delicious beverages that capture the essence of the fruit they're made from. He brings a wealth of expertise to the table, drawing on his previous experiences at Eden Specialty Ciders in Vermont, March First Brewing in Ohio, Soter Vineyards in Oregon and Valley Vineyards in Ohio. Prior to working in craft cider industry, Garrett gained experience in the banking and financial services industry. In addition, he has a certificate in Enology(winemaking) from Missouri State University and a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from The Ohio State University.
Garrett's innovative approach to cider making is rooted in his deep understanding of the fermentation process and his ability to combine traditional methods with modern equipment. He is dedicated to sourcing the highest quality ingredients and working closely with clients to develop custom blends and processes that meet their specific needs and preferences.
